The Blue Max Review 2013 was comprised of the best poems submitted for the Fermoy International Poetry Festival and was published by Rebel Poetry and edited by Gene Barry. The winning poet was Professor Erin Murphy from Penn State University who travelled to Fermoy for the festival.
